Austin "State of the Food System Report"

We're embarrassed to only be posting this now, an excellent overview of Austin's food system by (relatively) new City of Austin Food Policy Manager Edwin Marty and team, which came out in April.

The report is an overview of Austin's food production, consumption, and waste within a framework for celebrating progress and identifying challenges and opportunities.

Full of cool infographics, maps, and case studies, it even features a quote from AFI's Jarred Maxwell!
