• Fees for attorney preparation and/or review of Definitive Agreement
• Crowdfunding Platform fees or execution of a crowdfunding marketing campaign (if you choose to crowdfund)
• Post-close servicing, if you are going through the Foodshed Investors Network and there are periodic payment
• Investor-facing video
